European Beech Polish Stolnica / Dough Board

This pastry board, or Stolnica, is made of European Beech hardwood and the perfect surface for kneading dough.
 
This board measures 24x18 or 30x22 with a 1" brace allows the board to push against any counter including a bull nosed profile while staying in place.  The surrounding edge keeps your counters clean and flour in place.  This board will provide decades of use with proper care.  Your board is finished with a food safe bees wax and mineral oil mixture prior to shipment.  A 30x22" board fits standard residential 30" stove tops.
 
As with any wood product, allow any heat to cool from the stove and remove from stove prior to oven use to reduce the risk of board damage or fire.
