Cutting & Pastry Board Conditioner

Cutting boards and pastry boards need protection after use and washing, give them a refresh with my board conditioning cream.  This 4oz jar of conditioner is the same mixture that all Southridge Woodworks cutting and pastry boards are treated with prior to shipment.  This can also be used on wooden spoons, salad bowls or any other wood item that requires food contact.
 
After extensive testing I have found the perfect mixture of food safe mineral oil and bees wax to offer maximum protection.  This conditioner soaks into the wood and leaves a smooth finish to repel water and bring out its natural beauty.
 
Each 4oz jar is estimated to condition a pastry board three times or a cutting board between 3 and 5 times depending on size.  Use a small amount on a paper towel and rub in a circular motion applying more as necessary.  Allow the conditioner to sit on the board 10 minutes and lightly buff off with a clean cloth or paper towel.
