Black Walnut Reversible Pastry & Cutting Board

This pastry board is made from American grown black walnut hardwood and comes in 24x18" or 30x22".  Keep one side smooth to knead dough for homemade pasta, pierogi, breads and pastries.   Flip it over and use the other side as a cutting board.  Two boards for the price of one!
 
The board is 1" thick and the brace allows the board to stay in place against the counter while you knead.  This board will provide decades of use with proper care.  Unlike competitors that use stain, your board is natural wood finished with a food safe bees wax and mineral oil mixture prior to shipment.  This conditioner is also available in our shop to refresh and protect your board after extensive use.
 
As with any wood product, allow any heat to cool from the stove and remove from stove prior to oven use to reduce the risk of board damage or fire.  As no tree is the same, grain patterns will vary.
